This week we rode backcountry kickers, cliffs, couloirs, chutes, boxes rails and even park jumps

Just like the SASS campers, they are the next generation of shreds. These kids are killing it in all aspects of snowboarding. They spend so much time winning contests in Northern hemisphere winter. They have to come down to Argentina to get there powder fix! We are only in week one just getting started the rest of winter is still ahead of us! All the Boyz want to send out a big thanks to our Guide Skylar Holgate, for the great runs an pictures.

The slope we rode was getting pretty hot while were hiking up. When we got to the saddle the wind picked up and the temps dropped a bit. We were actually glad the temp dropped a bit in the afternoon because the snow on our runs was getting pretty isothermal. We dropped in around 3:00 for some great slush turns. What a first day in Argentina.<br/>

We rode out Mill B as far as possible. Had to walk on the trail for a few miles in the mud. It was a major day, started in little cottonwood and ended in big cottonwood. Feels good to have those two couloirs in the bag. Thanks to Forrest for the adventure and my Lady Kathy for picking us up . And finally Baldy at sun set when we were picking up my auto.
